Portfolio Review with Roudhah Al Mazrouei
Join us for a peer to peer Portfolio Review Workshop, designed for artists and creatives looking to refine their portfolios for maximum impact. Participants are required to have their portfolios ready beforehand, as each one will be projected and reviewed collectively. Together, we will discuss the dos and don'ts, offering personalized feedback and constructive critiques. You’ll learn valuable tips and tricks for creating a successful PDF or website portfolio, ensuring your work stands out in any application or presentation. This collaborative and insightful workshop aims to equip you with the skills needed to showcase and talk about your artistic journey effectively.

Embroidery & Pressed Botanicals on Photographs with Nada Al Mosa
Nada Almosa invites you to a beginner-friendly workshop on integrating pressed plants and botanicals into photography collages and embroidering photographs. Inspired by her exhibition "Conversations Between Living & Ghost Gardens," this workshop explores creative interventions with photographs, encouraging deeper engagement with the memories and histories they hold. Participants are encouraged to bring personal or archival photos, which can be shared digitally in advance for printing if needed. Join Nada in this unique exploration of photography, nature, and memory, and discover new ways to connect with your photographs through artistic expression.

Transforming Concepts Through Mixed Media with Mohamed Al Alawi
- Explore how to utilize a combination of analog photography, video, and ultra-wide camera techniques to visually express artistic concepts.

Phytograms with Mivan
Join us for the Phytogram Workshop, where we delve into phytogramming—an experimental analog filmmaking technique where plant life is both the subject of the image and a tool for photographic reproduction. Phytograms are crafted by exposing black-and-white film layered with plant materials, which are then dried under natural daylight or artificial lights.

Cyanotype and Toning with Zainab & Ruqaya
This workshop will introduce participants to the art of cyanotype, a photographic printing process that produces blue images using sunlight and a photosensitive solution. Attendees will learn the basics of creating cyanotype prints and then delve into the advanced technique of toning, which alters the classic blue color to various shades of browns, purples, and other hues, adding a unique touch to their artwork.
